    At Blade and Brow Beauty Bar, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies can arise. We value your time and ours, so we kindly request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This not only allows us to accommodate other clients but also ensures that you receive the best possible service when you visit us.

    Please note that this includes an appointment that needs to be rescheduled due to improper pre-care, as this covers the costs associated with rescheduling and preparing for your visit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to enhance your beauty experience with us.

  • What if I have to reschedule same day?

    Cancellations must be done within 24 hours in advance. Deposits will be lost unless RESCHEDULED before the 24-hour window. A new deposit will be required before a new appointment can be accepted.

  • If I miss my appointment, will I need to repay a deposit?

    Yes, as per policy, your original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be needed in order to reserve a future appointment. This includes, but is not limited to: No-call No-shows, being more than 15 minutes late, or pre-care was not followed and a reschedule is needed.

  • Refunds

    Please note that we do not offer refunds as our policy, considering the time, supplies, and artistic effort invested in each appointment, but we are dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns you may have.

  • Gift Cards

    Gift cards are not redeemable for cash value and expire 12 months after purchase date.
